Aluminum profiles for power supply boxes are customized industrial aluminum profiles specifically designed for manufacturing housings/cavities of electronic and electrical equipment such as power supplies, drivers, controllers, and adapters. Their core advantages are efficient heat dissipation, electromagnetic shielding, precision and easy assembly, lightweight and corrosion resistance.
Mainstream Alloys: 6063-T5 (most commonly used, excellent for extrusion/heat dissipation/surface treatment), 6061-T6 (high strength)
Fast Thermal Conductivity: Aluminum alloy has a thermal conductivity of approximately 200W/(m・K), quickly dissipating heat from the power supply.
Electromagnetic Shielding: Fully enclosed metal structure effectively blocks EMI interference, protecting the circuit.
Lightweight: Only 1/3 the density of steel, yet strong enough, impact-resistant, dustproof, and moisture-proof.
Corrosion Resistance: Anodized film (10–20μm) resistant to salt spray and weathering, suitable for outdoor/industrial applications.
LED Lighting: Driver power supplies, ballast housings
Industrial Automation: PLCs, relays, servo drivers, switching power supply boxes
Communications/Security: PoE power supplies, optical transceivers, monitoring module housings
New Energy: Vehicle power supplies, charging pile modules, battery management system (BMS) chassis
Medical/Instrumentation: Low-magnetic, easy-to-clean, corrosion-resistant precision power supply housings
